The modern hiring infrastructure is built on low-fidelity data. Resumes are essentially creative writing exercises: subjective, unverified, and often inflated. References are biased, analog, and occur too late in the funnel.
This lack of data integrity creates a "Market for Lemons," resulting in high churn, false positives in hiring, and massive imposter syndrome for talent. The market doesn't need another job board; it needs a standard of truth.

We have engineered a "Fact-Audit Protocol" that allows professionals to convert their career history into verified data points. By leveraging peer-to-peer witnessing, we generate a dynamic Career Readiness Index (CRI) - a confidence-weighted score that benchmarks talent against live market demand.
Engineering Behavior
Led by Nick Strine, Semi-Massive approached Synapsy not as a database problem, but as a Progression System.
Drawing on 25 years of experience in AAA Game Development (Ubisoft, Wargaming), we applied the same behavioral models used to retain 12M+ players in XDefiant to the hiring market.

Validating the Signal
Synapsy is currently deployed in a closed Alpha within Australia's Design & Product ecosystem. We are testing for Network Density - specifically, the willingness of high-level professionals to "stake" their reputation on a peer's capability.
